Standard Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds:
- Time Frame: You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a refund.
- Condition: To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that are damaged or show signs of wear and tear are not eligible for a refund.
How to Request a Refund
- Contact Customer Support: Email our customer service team at info@clearanceessentials.co.uk with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
- Receive Return Authorisation: Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number if your request is approved.
- Return the Item: Carefully package the item and include the RMA number. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Inspection and Refund: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Exceptions to Our Refund Policy
- Sale Items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded unless they are defective or damaged.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items. Please review the product details for any exceptions.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@clearanceessentials.co.uk with your order number and photos of the defect or damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at info@clearanceessentials.co.uk. Availability of replacement items may be limited.

- Original Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g. an incorrect or defective item).
